Our thirteen day Simpson Desert tour is one you will never forget. Discover some of the most remote parts of Australia and the real bush characters that go along with it. Our tour crosses gibber plains, sand dunes and roads that seem like they run forever. You will see stars like you have never seen them before and spectacular sunsets over the dunes.
Travel with the safety of a convoy guided by experienced driver guides who have a real passion for this country. Our tour takes in areas including Broken Hill, Arkaroola, Gammon Ranges, William Creek, Dalhousie Springs, Simpson Desert, Birdsville, Innamincka, Tibooburra and many more.

Requirements
- Vehicle must be fitted with low range capability
- Snatch strap and at least 2 rated bow shackles
- Front and rear rated recovery points
- Tyres with at least 50% tread
- A UHF radio
- Spare fan belts, fuel and oil filters, all engine fluids.
- Tent, swag, rooftop tent or camper trailer.
- Sufficient food and water. When a deposit is received we will send you information on how much and where to top up etc.
- Duel fuel tanks or the capacity to carry extra in Jerry Cans
Inclusions
- All fees relating to park entry and sights
- Hot shower fitted to guide vehicle
- Portable toilet when pit toilets not available
- Gas BBQ when campfire not available
- Desert parks passes
- Guides who love the outback and showing people it’s beauty and character
- Lead vehicle with experienced driver / guide.
Cost
- $2,400.oo per vehicle (self catered)
- $1,560.oo per adult in your own vehicle (fully catered) * Children 50%
- Minimum price for this tour is $2,400.oo per vehicle
* Price is for min two passengers on all catered tagalong tours. Discount available if more than two adults travel in the same vehicle. Children 4 – 14 Years.
