Hunter Valley Day Tour
After your private hotel / home pickup we head north over the Hawkesbury River and into “The Watagan State Forest” where we will have morning tea. The lookouts in The Watagans give us a great overview of the surrounding area with both Coastal & Rural views. Now it’s time to visit the Hunter Valley for a wine tasting before we enjoy a sumptuous lunch at Peterson’s Champagne House with plenty of time to taste some of their finest wines and Champagnes.
Next stop will be at The Hunter Valley Cheese company which not only produces the best cheese in the Hunter but you can also purchase Gelato, Olives, Crackers and more. We now have the option to visit one of the Hunters most picturesque wineries for another tasting or return by the historic town of Wollombi to try some of Doctor Jurds Jungle Juice. Our return into Sydney will be approximately 6:00pm.
