14 day Cape York
14 Day Cape York Adventure
Good quality Camper Trailers are welcome on this Tour / 4x4 with low range required
This is an adventure that all Australians should have at least once in their lives. It is an adventure that will make you proud to be an Australian.
Our journey starts in Cairns QLD and takes us through dense rainforest, across crystal clear rivers, down white sandy beaches and to the northern most point of the Australian continent. It is a journey that will test you and your vehicle but rewards you at every corner. It is full of spectacular views, challenging obstacles and more than a few great old bush characters.
You will be guided by at least one of our experienced staff who have been travelling through Australia’s remote areas for years. Our guides are first aid trained and are handy bush mechanics. They carry an extensive first aid kit, tool kit, satellite phone and GPS navigation. You will travel in convoy with other like minded four wheel drivers in a convoy of 5 – 7 vehicles plus the guide vehicle.
Prior four wheel driving experience is not necessary but is an advantage as this is some of the toughest terrain in Australia so you may want to look into one of our driver training courses first.
Be prepared to be touched by nature and be prepared to make friends for life.
